Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased through TechsoulPRO and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. 7-Day Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can try the full Service before paying anything. You can cancel at any time during the trial at no charge — you won’t be billed unless you keep your subscription active past the end of the trial.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for — we don’t cut off access immediately. By default, we don’t provide partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.
3. Refunds for Service Faults
If the Service was unusable due to a fault on our side — for example, an outage or bug that prevented you from using what you paid for — contact us at billing@techsoulpro.com within 14 days of the charge in question. Include your account email and a description of the issue. We review every request in good faith, in line with applicable consumer protection law, and will let you know the outcome directly.
4. How Refunds Are Paid
Payments for TechsoulPRO subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Any refund we approve is issued back through Paddle to your original payment method — we do not process refunds directly. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for a refund to appear on your statement after Paddle processes it.
