Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TechsoulPRO’s AI voice agent platform, dashboard, and related services (the “Service”), provided by TechsoulPRO (“TechsoulPRO,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
1. The Service
TechsoulPRO provides AI-powered voice agents that answer, place, and manage phone calls on your behalf, including scheduling appointments, answering common questions, capturing leads, and logging call data. The Service may connect to third-party tools you choose to enable, such as a customer relationship management (CRM) system, to sync contacts and call activity.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@techsoulpro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. You may use the Service fully during the trial at no charge and cancel at any time before it ends without being billed. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends and a paid plan has been selected, your subscription begins and billing starts per Section 4.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record for all purchases — Paddle is the seller of record, handles payment processing and applicable sales tax/VAT, and your payment method is billed by Paddle, not directly by TechsoulPRO. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled beforehand. We may change plan pricing or features with advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, but your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period by default. Full details, including the process for requesting a refund when the Service was unusable due to a fault on our side, are in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Place or receive calls in violation of applicable telemarketing, robocall, or do-not-call laws (e.g. the US TCPA, UK PECR, or Australia’s Spam Act and Do Not Call Register Act).
- Record calls without obtaining any consent required under applicable law in the caller’s or recipient’s jurisdiction — you are responsible for complying with call recording consent requirements (including two-party consent states/regions) for calls you configure the Service to make or record.
- Harass, defraud, impersonate, or mislead any person.
- Transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content through the Service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
7. Your Data & Content
You retain ownership of the business data, prompts, call recordings, transcripts, and contact information you submit to or that are generated through your use of the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant TechsoulPRO a license to process Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including forwarding it to third-party integrations you enable. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data, including call recordings and transcripts.
8. Third-Party Integrations
If you connect a third-party service (such as a CRM) to TechsoulPRO, you authorize us to send relevant call and contact data to that service on your behalf. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or terms of third-party services you choose to connect.
9. Intellectual Property
TechsoulPRO and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you, other than the limited right to use the Service as intended.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing critical outputs (e.g. confirmed appointments) and for how your business relies on them.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechsoulPRO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time; you by canceling your subscription, and we by suspending or terminating your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions (billing, liability, intellectual property) survive.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date, and for material changes we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
